So you’ve chosen AnComm’s ‘Talk About’ anonymous online and text based reporting service for your school. Now what? It’s time to introduce anonymous online and text based reporting to your students and faculty. With more than 100 schools already using ‘AnComm’s ‘Talk About It®’ service, we’ve become quite proficient at ensuring your roll-out is made simple, intuitive and most importantly, successful.
As a new customer of AnComm’s ‘Talk About It’ service, your school is assigned a dedicated Account Manager who will personally work with you to determine the best way to introduce our anonymous online and text based reporting program. The first step is to choose whether you prefer to roll-out ‘Talk About It®’ yourself using our step-by-step process or whether you prefer to have AnComm’s team of dedicated account managers come onsite to coordinate the introduction for you.
Option #1: We Prefer to Roll-Out the ‘Talk About It®’ Service Ourselves
We’ve made ‘Talk About It®’ easy-to-use and we’ve made the roll-out process even easier. For new schools, AnComm provides a ‘Success Package’ outlining the entire process in an easy-to-follow step-by-step guide.
Additionally, you’ll receive training presentations, documentation and promotional materials to distribute to students and faculty so that they can take advantage of all of the features and capabilities ‘Talk About It®’ has to offer from day one.
Option #2: We Prefer to Have AnComm Coordinate the Roll-Out
of ‘Talk About It®’
If you’re short staffed and even shorter on time, AnComm’s here to help. While many of our current schools prefer to handle the roll-out themselves, just as many prefer to have AnComm’s dedicated team introduce the ‘Talk About It’ service to their school or district. In this case, customers may choose to receive onsite training directed by their assigned AnComm Account Manager for a nominal one-time fee. Please refer to our Pricing page for more details.
In a series of meetings, AnComm will conduct a:
- Faculty Training Session
In this 45 minute immersion, AnComm representatives introduce the ‘Talk About It®’ anonymous online and text based reporting service to designated faculty members, including administrators, counselors, teachers, nurse, school resource officers, and any others as determined and selected by your school’s principal. For most schools, this group consists of approximately 12 people.
- Student Task Force Training Session
In a separate session, AnComm will present the features and capabilities to students who have been chosen to introduce the service to the greater student body. Typically, this group is comprised of two to three students from each grade who will learn the ‘Talk About It®’ PowerPoint presentation and be responsible for presenting the service to classmates using a peer-to-peer model.
- Student Task Force Peer-to-Peer Presentations
Once initial training is completed, students are then fully capable to present ‘Talk About It®’ to fellow students in dedicated training sessions either during and after school in homerooms, computer labs, assemblies or other venues.
