How do I log-in?
Access any computer with an internet connection and go to www.ancomm.com. Click the “School Log-In” button located in the top right corner of the page, and then choose your school from the School Log-In list. To access your account, please enter your designated USER ID and PASSWORD.

How do I know my message is ANONYMOUS?
Once a message is sent to a faculty member, they will receive the message as shown below. The User’s Identity is not released, it simply reads ANONYMOUS.

How do I send a message?
Click the Compose button on the top toolbar ( ), and then complete the following:
- Send As: Anonymous or Share Your Identity
- Send To: Choose the faculty member you with whom you would like to speak
- Priority: Choose from Normal, Important, or Urgent
- Message Topic: Select one that best describes your problem
- Type your message in the message box
- Click Send Message

How do I compose a message through text messaging?
You may send a message from your account by using the text messaging feature on your cellular phone. First, you must register your number with your account. Simply text the following to 6628010242: +UserID/Password. For example, if your User ID is 1234 and your Password is jones, you would send this message: +1234/jones.
Once you have registered your account, you have several options, including composing a message. Please see the following options, and what you should text message respectively.

Receive a list of Topics (should you what is listed for your school), type- ?topics

What if I forget my User ID or Password?
If you ever forget your Login Credentials, please go to your school’s login page. Once there you may choose one of the following:
- Forgot Login link – Please click this link if you have entered your e-mail address into your Talk About It Profile. Once prompted, enter your e-mail address and click Submit. Your Password will be emailed to you shortly.
- E-Mail info@ancomm.com – If you have not entered your e-mail address into your Talk About It Profile, you may still have your Password e-mailed to you. Simply send a message to info@ancomm.com and provide your Full Name, Grade, Login ID (if available), and School Name.
- Call our Help Line – If you do not have an e-mail address, you may call our office. Please use our Toll-Free number (1-866-262-6660) located at the bottom left corner of your school’s login page.

Why and how do I mark a message as resolved?
After you and a chosen faculty member have message back and forth about your problem, you have the option to mark your message as RESOLVED. If you feel that your faculty member has helped you solve your problem, please let them know that their advice was helpful by simply clicking the ( ) located next to the message within your Inbox. Once completed, a green check ( ) will immediately appear next to your message.

How do I send AnComm comments or suggestions?
If you ever have an Comments or Suggestions regarding the Talk About It service, AnComm would like to know. Simply Click the Comments Button ( ) located on the left hand toolbar and then type your message.

How do I take a poll or survey?
Polls are located on the right hand side of your Talk About It account under the “Vote” tab. They consist of one question and immediately after voting, you will see the results. Each time you login to your account, the results will change depending on how many others have completed the designated Poll.
Surveys can be accessed by clicking the Survey Icon, ( ), located on the left hand toolbar. Once you are at the Survey’s page, click “Take Survey” and complete the questions. There are three possible question types: Choose one, check all that apply, and provide a text answer. Unlike Polls, you will not see these results immediately. Once the survey has been completed by everyone, either your School or AnComm will provide you with the final results.

Can I delete messages in my Inbox?
Yes. Simply choose the message that you would like to remove, and the click the Delete Icon, ( ), on the top toolbar within your Talk About It account.
