Account Manager
Description:
The Account Manager (AM) will manage all aspects of the post-sales relationship for AnComm’s customers, including training, launching the service, consultative follow-up and ongoing support.
The AnComm support mission is to develop an ongoing consultative relationship with schools in order to provide the highest level of service and to work with students and school administrators to fully leverage the value-proposition of the AnComm service.
The AM will work for the Vice President of Account Management to ensure this strategy is successfully executed and supported.
Requirements:
An undergraduate degree in Education or a related field preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and oral, are a must. Basic computing skills and email proficiency are necessary. A positive attitude, professional behavior and appearance are essential. The AM must be highly organized and goal oriented with a strong desire and ability to learn. The AM will be based in Oxford, Mississippi with extensive travel required.

Sales Executive – Western Region
Description:
The Sales Executive for the Western Region will lead and manage all aspects of business development for states within the Pacific Time Zone. Significant emphasis will be placed on increasing the number of schools currently subscribed to AnComm’s ‘Talk About It®’ service. Responsibilities include managing the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business acquisition. In this role, territory identification, research and pipeline development through a combination of cold calling, e-mail campaigns, market sector knowledge/intelligence and professionally led in person and web based presentations will be essential functions and determinative of success. The Sales Executive for the Western Region will report to the President to ensure this strategy is successfully executed and supported.
Requirements:

A successful history of direct new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets and a demonstrable track record of sales over achievement are essential characteristics.
